Planetary reduction motors are applied in the field of high torque, with the advantages of high efficiency, high precision, and large torque. Primary and secondary reduction are common in reducers that require large transmission ratios, and require a two-stage planetary reduction motor. The two-stage planetary reduction motor will increase the number and length of planetary gears, and its efficiency will be lower than that of the first stage planetary reduction motor. Secondly, Palivi Electric Appliances briefly introduces the parameters of the two-stage planetary reduction motor:

1. Reduction ratio: a commonly used parameter for reduction motors, referring to the ratio of the input speed of the DC motor to the output speed of the reduction motor;
Level 2: The more planetary gear stages there are, the lower the speed, the greater the torque, and the relatively lower the efficiency;
3. Service life: refers to the continuous working time of the planetary reduction motor under rated load or no-load conditions;
4 Rated torque: A standard for planetary gear motors. For example, when the output speed is lower than the standard value of 100RPM, the service life of the planetary gear motor is the average service life. If the output torque exceeds twice this value, the average service life of the reducer will decrease and the decelerator will fail;
5 Noise: Measure the noise value in dB at rated voltage, speed, no-load, and 1 meter away from the planetary gearbox. The noise level of the micro planetary gearbox motor is less than 40dB;
6-way clearance: When the output end is fixed and the rated torque generated at the output end is ± 2% of the torque when the input end rotates clockwise or counterclockwise, there will be a small angular displacement at the input end of the reducer, known as the return clearance, in arc minutes, which is 1/60 of 1 °. Usually, it can be seen that the diameter of the secondary planetary reducer is 3-30mm, the reduction ratio is 5-1500, and the return clearance is within 2 arcs and 2 minutes
The reduction ratio range of planetary gearbox motor: The commonly used reduction ratio for the first stage planetary gearbox motor is 3/4/5/7/10, and the commonly used reduction ratio for the second stage planetary gearbox is 12/20/30/35/40/50/70/90/100
Application areas of secondary planetary gear motors: smart homes, automotive transmissions, robot transmissions, office equipment, electronic products, warehousing and logistics equipment, etc
