How to determine if a deceleration motor has malfunctioned, as different abnormalities may occur in its application?
When the positive and negative poles of the deceleration motor are connected, if there is significant resistance when tightened by hand, it indicates that the circuit is normal. Otherwise, there is an internal open circuit point
2. When rotating the deceleration motor by hand and feeling significant resistance, there is an open circuit point inside the deceleration motor
For large deceleration motors, if there are sparks during rotation, they cannot be used. No sparks are good, allowing a small amount of Mars to appear
When the temperature of the power reduction motor rises, a multimeter can be used to measure the winding resistance. The operating temperature of the micro reduction motor should not exceed 80 ℃. Beyond this value, the temperature rises too high
5. When operating at rated motor pressure, the speed of the deceleration motor shall not exceed or be lower than 15% of the rated speed;
6. Increase the rated voltage by one time and run the micro reduction motor for about 2 minutes to check for any abnormalities in the motor.
