Cylindrical gear reducer
Cylindrical gear reducers are mainly divided into involute cylindrical gear reducers and circular arc cylindrical gear reducers. Among them, involute cylindrical gears are widely used and can be divided into straight teeth, helical teeth, and herringbone teeth.
The coincidence degree of helical teeth is greater than that of straight teeth, and the noise and wear are also smaller. It is generally used for the transmission of heavy-duty machinery; The manufacturing accuracy of herringbone teeth is low, making them unsuitable for widespread use in various metallurgical machinery. When selecting a reducer, it should be chosen based on actual factors such as circumferential speed, load conditions, and working conditions.
At present, involute cylindrical gear reducers have the advantages of easy machining, convenient manufacturing and assembly, high precision, and normal meshing not affected by changes in center distance.
Due to its large carrying capacity range, the nominal input power and nominal output torque range are both large, and it is widely used in equipment such as metallurgy, mining, and transportation in China. Due to the linear contact of the gear teeth, this type of reducer requires high precision and stiffness for each component of the gear mechanism.
Cone cylindrical gear reducer
Cone cylindrical gear reducer is a transmission device used for arranging the input shaft and output shaft in a vertical direction. The first stage transmission of this type of gear reducer is a Gleason spiral bevel gear, which can also have other tooth shapes. The first and third stage transmissions are involute cylindrical helical gears.
The gears and bearings of this type of reducer generally use splash lubrication and natural cooling. This type of reducer has the advantages of high load-bearing capacity, low noise, small size, light weight, high efficiency, and long service life, and is widely used in mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, coal, transportation, and building materials.
Planetary gear reducer
There are many types of planetary gear reducers, mainly including universal planetary gear reducers, various small tooth difference reducers, harmonic gear reducers, and three ring reducers
The advantage of this type of reducer is that it can be made into single-stage, two-stage, and multi-stage reducers, so the transmission ratio range is large, and it has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, high load-bearing capacity, and small external dimensions. However, its structure is complex, manufacturing accuracy is high, assembly and maintenance are difficult, and the price is relatively high.
