Structural characteristics of planetary gearbox:
The planetary reducer is mainly constructed with a sun gear, planetary gears, inner ring gears, and planetary carriers.
In order to evenly distribute the load of the three planetary gears, a toothed floating mechanism is used, which means that the sun gear or planet carrier floats, or both the sun gear and planet carrier float simultaneously. The gears in the reducer are spur involute cylindrical gears. Has the following characteristics:
1. Small size, light weight, and under the same conditions, it is more than 1/2 lighter in weight and 1/2 to 1/3 smaller in volume than ordinary involute cylindrical gear reducers.
2. Drive efficiency: Single stage planetary gear reducer reaches 97% to 98%; The two-stage planetary gear reducer reaches 94% to 96%; The three-stage planetary gear reducer is 91% to 94%.
3. The driving power range is large: it can range from less than 1KW to 1300KW, or even larger.
4. Large driving range: i＝2.8～2000
5. Strong adaptability and durability. The main components are made of high-quality alloy steel that has been carburized, quenched, or nitrided. The planetary gear reducer runs smoothly, has low noise, and can be used for more than 10 hours.
The working characteristics of planetary gearbox:
(1) Gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel that has been carburized and quenched, with a tooth surface hardness of HRC54-62.
(2) Adopting gear grinding technology, with high precision and good contact.
(3) The load-bearing capacity is seven times higher than that of a gear reducer.
(4) Drive efficiency can reach 98%, with a long service life.
