S series, K series, and W series right angle shaft reduction motors for gearboxes.

The reducer is mainly composed of transmission components (gears or worms), shafts, bearings, housings, and their accessories. Its basic structure consists of three main parts: (1) gear, shaft, and bearing combination; (2) Box body; (3) Gearbox accessories.

The mechanical gearbox mainly applies the principle of gear transmission to reduce speed. Simply put, there are multiple sets of gear pairs with different transmission ratios in the gearbox, and the shifting behavior of the car during driving is achieved by manipulating the mechanism to make the different gear pairs in the gearbox work. At low speeds, let the gear pair with a larger transmission ratio work; At high speeds, let the gear pair with a smaller transmission ratio work.
S Series 1
Structural features: Two stage helical/worm gear reduction motor, with a large transmission ratio in the worm gear stage, combining the characteristics of helical gear and worm gear transmission, and having self-locking function.
Performance parameters: Taking SEW's S1 series as an example, the output speed is 0.1-397rpm, the output torque is as high as 4200Nm, and the motor power range is 0.12-22kW.
Application scenarios: Smooth transmission and low noise, suitable for applications that require high-precision transmission and stable output, such as automated production lines, precision instruments and equipment, and also commonly used in situations that require compact space and large transmission ratios.
K series
Structural feature 1: Three stage transmission helical bevel/helical gear reduction motor, using spiral bevel gear right angle output, modular combination system design, with foot installation, flange installation, and shaft installation forms.
Performance parameter 1: Taking SEW's K1 series as an example, the output speed is 0.1-522 rpm, the output torque is as high as 50000 Nm, the motor power range is 0.12-200kW, and the transmission efficiency can reach about 95%.
Application scenario: It can withstand large impact loads and heavy loads, and is widely used in large-scale mechanical equipment in industries such as mining, metallurgy, cement, and construction, such as ball mills and crushers. It can provide stable transmission and deceleration functions to meet the working environment requirements of heavy load, low speed, and high torque.
W Series 2
Structural features: SPIROPLAN ® The right angle reducer adopts helical gear transmission, with a wear-resistant tooth profile, steel to steel material combination and special tooth surface meshing, and a compact design. The reducer adopts an aluminum shell, which is lightweight and requires low maintenance.
Performance parameters: The output torque can reach 180Nm, and the power range is 0.09-3kW.
Application scenarios: Suitable for almost all driving tasks, especially in situations that require high space, lightweight and compact transmission devices, and low maintenance requirements, such as small conveyor systems and auxiliary transmission mechanisms in automation equipment.
