1. Green and environmentally friendly. This series of products has low meshing friction for hypoid gears, with a transmission rate of over 92%. Compared with worm gear reducers, the efficiency is increased by 10% to 40%.
2. High strength and long lifespan. The hypoid gear is made of alloy material, surface hardened, and machined into shape using a gear grinding machine. It belongs to the category of hard toothed gears, with high output torque and much higher gear strength and service life than worm gear reducers.

4. Scope of application: This product adopts modular design and can be combined in various forms to meet the needs of various transmission conditions. 2. Gear: 20CrMnTi, carburized and quenched, with a tooth surface hardness of 56-62HRC, maintaining a carburized layer thickness of 0.3-0.5mm after precision grinding.

1. First, shot blasting treatment is carried out, followed by special anti-corrosion treatment to maintain a white metallic feel and resist corrosion from organic solvents such as gasoline;
2. After phosphating treatment, spray PAL5010 blue or silver gray coating.
When installing the reducer, pay attention to the following items:
1. Before assembling the gearbox with mechanical equipment, it is necessary to check whether the rotation direction of the gearbox output shaft is correct;
2. Before assembling the gearbox with the prime mover and equipment, the deviation dimensions of each shaft diameter, aperture, key and keyway should be checked to avoid the performance of the gearbox;
3. The reducer must be installed firmly on the mechanical equipment to avoid looseness and vibration;
4. Try to avoid exposing the gearbox to sunlight and harsh environments as much as possible;
5. If the gearbox is stored for a long time of 4-6 months, it should be checked whether the sealing glaze is completely immersed in the lubricating oil. It is possible that the oil seal lip has lost its elasticity. As suitable elasticity is a necessary condition for the oil seal to work, the oil seal should be replaced;
6. All rubber parts and ventilation holes must not occupy the paint;
7. When connecting with the hollow shaft and solid shaft of the reducer, lubricating oil should be applied to the mating part of the shaft to avoid jamming
8. When using, the oil level must be checked (such as the oil level gauge hole or opening the oil plug, which is not available for small models);
9. When using a new gearbox, do not start at full load and should gradually increase the load;
10. When using various types of motor direct connected reducers, if the motor weight is too large, a support device should be installed;
11. Ensure a good ventilation environment near the motor fan to avoid affecting the heat dissipation effect;
12. The standard working environment temperature for reducers is -5 ℃ to 40 ℃. If it is not within this range, please contact our technical personnel.
