Repair the electromagnetic speed regulating motor
Electromagnetic speed regulating motors generally consist of three parts: asynchronous motors, electromagnetic clutches, and speed generators. The maintenance of asynchronous motors is the same as that of general asynchronous motors, and will not be repeated here. Below are some maintenance issues related to electromagnetic clutches and speed generators.

1、 Precautions for disassembly and assembly of electromagnetic clutch
1. Understand the structure of the clutch.
When disassembling manually, pay attention to the markings of the relative positions of each component. For the original equipment markings, careful attention should be paid and stored, and some reset markings should be noted and added as needed.
3. During the disassembly and assembly process, it is necessary to protect each joint and air gap surface.
4. When disassembling and assembling the armature of the clutch, be careful not to bump it.
5. When disassembling and assembling, pay attention to protecting the insulation of the excitation coil and do not touch or damage it.
After the clutch is installed, there should be no sweeping phenomenon when rotating the output shaft, magnetic pole, and magnetic conductor. On this basis, connect it to the electric motor and then rotate the output shaft to check if there is any sweeping phenomenon between the magnetic pole and the armature.
2、 Repair of electromagnetic clutch
The inspection and handling methods for replacing bearings are the same as those for general asynchronous motors.
2. Replace the cup-shaped armature with more precise geometric dimensions and assembly fit. If the fault occurs on the cup-shaped armature, it generally needs to be replaced and should not be repaired. The problem of cup-shaped armature is often caused by bearing problems, so the bearings should be inspected and treated first.
3. If the coil experiences faults such as wire breakage, grounding, or short circuit, it generally needs to be replaced. When replacing the coil, pay attention to being in place and firmly fixing it. Pay attention to fixing the lead wires and ensuring proper insulation. Shi Bao
3、 Repair of speed generator
For faults such as coil short circuit or disconnection, it is generally necessary to check the entire speed generator. If the commutator or copper head is worn, the brush grip should be checked for displacement and the wear of the electric brush should be checked first. If the electric brush is severely worn, it should be replaced. When repairing the copper head of the electric brush, the output shaft should be removed and repaired with a lathe or grinder.
4、 Inspection and trial operation after repair
1. Inspection of electromagnetic speed regulating motor
(1) Check the DC resistance and insulation resistance of the excitation winding and the tachometer generator.
(2) Check for any jamming or sweeping of the output shaft and prime mover shaft to clarify the assembly of the cup-shaped armature.
(3) According to the requirements and methods for general cage asynchronous motors, conduct a thorough inspection of their prime mover.
2. Inspection of the controller
(1) Check if the controller is compatible with the electromagnetic speed regulating motor.
