Motion transmission process: The rotation of the servo motor is transmitted to the planetary gear i through the input gear, and the speed is correspondingly reduced according to the gear ratio between the input gear and the planetary gear [first stage reduction]. The crankshaft is directly connected to the planetary gears at the same speed. Two cycloidal gears are installed between the eccentric area of the crankshaft and the needle roller bearing. When the crankshaft rotates, the cycloidal gears installed on the eccentric part also make eccentric motion around the input shaft. On the other hand, there are evenly spaced needle rollers inside the needle housing, which have one more tooth than the cycloidal gear. When the crankshaft rotates one revolution, the cycloidal gear undergoes an eccentric motion while contacting the needle rollers. At this time, the output planetary carrier rotates one tooth in the opposite direction to the rotation direction of the crankshaft.
