Characteristics and application scope of hard tooth surface reducer
Hard tooth surface reducers mainly include parallel axis series and vertical axis series. Parallel axis reducers are produced according to the national standard (JB/T8853-200.1) and are classified into four series: ZDY (single-stage), ZLY (two-stage), ZSY (three-stage), and ZFY (four stage). Vertical axis reducers are produced according to the national standard (GB/T9002-1999) and are used as transmission devices with input and output shafts arranged vertically.

2、 Application scope of hard tooth surface reducer:
1. The input speed is generally n, ≤ 1500r/min.
2. The circumferential speed of gear transmission shall not exceed 20mis.
3. The working environment is -40-50 ℃. For environments below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0 ℃ before starting. Hard toothed reducers can operate in both forward and reverse directions.
4. Hard tooth surface reducers are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, chemical engineering, building materials, lifting, transportation, textiles, papermaking, instrumentation, plastics, rubber, construction machinery, and energy.
