Maintenance methods for deceleration motors
Gearbox maintenance, lubrication maintenance, bearing inspection and maintenance, drive motor maintenance, and maintenance during the shutdown period of the gearbox are the following maintenance points that need to be done for the widely used deceleration transmission equipment.
Maintenance of Reduction Motor and Gearbox
1. Clean the gears and shaft sleeves, and inject new grease into the oil cup.
2. Adjust the gear mesh clearance.
3. Check for any shaking of the shaft sleeve.
Lubrication and maintenance of deceleration motor
The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40 to+40 ℃. When the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0 ℃ or low freezing point lubricating oil must be used before starting.
2. Replace the lubricating oil after the first use or replacement of the worm gear pair, and after running for 150-400 hours, the oil change cycle thereafter should be less than or equal to 4000 hours.
3. Regularly check the amount and quality of oil, retain sufficient lubricating oil, and promptly replace oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated.
4. The oil injection amount must comply with the requirements in the table. Different grades of oil are prohibited from being mixed, and oils with the same grade but different viscosities are allowed to be mixed.

The gearbox cleaning machine utilizes the existing oil supply and discharge system of the gearbox and filtered old oil to achieve functions such as cleaning the gearbox, rapid filtering of waste oil, and adding new oil. Inspection and Maintenance of Gearmotor Bearings
Bearings should be cleaned and replaced with lubricating grease or oil after a period of use. The cleaning and oil change time should depend on the working condition, working environment, cleanliness level, and type of lubricant of the motor. Half of it should be cleaned and the lubricating grease should be replaced every 3-6 months of operation. When the oil temperature is high, or when the environmental conditions are poor and there is a lot of dust on the motor, it is necessary to clean and change the oil regularly.
