Industrial integration, as an important trend in modern economic development, is profoundly changing the face of various industries. This concept refers to the dynamic process of mutual infiltration and intersection between different industries or different industries within the same industry, ultimately merging into one.
Improve carrying capacity
Two cycloidal gears can share the load, allowing the gearbox to withstand greater torque and axial force. During the working process, the load is distributed on two cycloidal gears, reducing the stress on individual parts and thus improving the load-bearing capacity of the entire gearbox.
Balance radial force
Cycloid gears generate radial forces during operation, and using two cycloidal gears can balance a portion of the radial forces with each other. This can reduce wear on bearings and other components, improve the reliability and service life of the gearbox.
Improve transmission accuracy
The design of two cycloidal gears can make the transmission smoother, reduce vibration and noise. The special shape and meshing method of the cycloidal gear enable higher transmission accuracy and can meet the requirements of high-precision transmission.
Easy to install and adjust
The structure of the two cycloidal gears is relatively simple, making it easy to install and adjust. During the manufacturing and assembly process, the performance and accuracy of the reducer can be ensured by adjusting the relative position of the two cycloidal gears.
The working principle of RV reducer is as follows:
The RV reducer consists of planetary gears and cycloidal pinwheels. The input shaft drives the planetary gear to rotate, and the planetary gear meshes with the cycloid gear, transmitting power to the cycloid gear. The motion trajectory of the cycloid wheel is an ellipse, which meshes with the needle wheel. Through the fixing effect of the needle wheel, the rotational motion of the cycloid wheel is converted into low-speed rotation of the output shaft.
Two cycloidal gears mesh with each other inside the needle wheel, forming a closed transmission system. When the input shaft rotates, the planetary gear drives the cycloidal gear to rotate, and the meshing point between the cycloidal gear and the needle wheel constantly changes, thus achieving the functions of deceleration and power transmission.
In summary, the RV reducer uses two cycloidal gears to improve load-bearing capacity, balance radial forces, enhance transmission accuracy, and facilitate installation and adjustment. Its working principle is to convert the high-speed rotation of the input shaft into low-speed rotation of the output shaft through the meshing of planetary gears and cycloidal pinwheels.
