The working system of the motor indicates the allowed cycle time of the motor under different loads. Its types can be divided into:
Continuous work system S1;
Short term work schedule S2;
Periodic work system S3~S8;
Non periodic S9;
Offline constant load S10;
S1 working system: a continuous working system that operates under a constant load until it reaches thermal stability, abbreviated as S1. When the user does not indicate, it defaults to the S1 working system.
S2 working system: Short time working system refers to the operation of the motor under a constant load for a given period of time. If the motor cannot reach thermal stability within this time, it will shut down and cut off energy. The time is sufficient to cool the motor again to within 2K of the temperature difference with the cooling medium. Abbreviated as S2, then marked with the load working time, usually 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 25 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes.
S3 working system: intermittent cycle working system, running according to a series of identical working cycles, each week including a period of constant load operation time and a period of shutdown and power-off time. This work schedule is abbreviated as S3 and should be labeled with load duration rate thereafter. Load duration ratio: refers to the ratio of the duration of the load (including starting and electric braking) during the working cycle to the entire cycle, expressed as a percentage. The load duration ratio is one of the following values: 15%, 25%, 40%, or 60%
S4 working system: refers to the intermittent cycle working system that includes start-up, abbreviated as S4, followed by the load duration rate and the motor moment of inertia JM and load moment of inertia Jext converted to the motor shaft, such as S4 25% JM=0.15kg.m2, Jext=0.7 kg.m2.
S5 working system: refers to the intermittent cycle working system including electric braking, abbreviated as S4, followed by the load duration rate and the motor moment of inertia JM and load moment of inertia Jext converted to the motor shaft, such as S5 25% JM=0.15kg.m2, Jext=0.7 kg.m2.
S6 working system: a continuous cycle working system that operates according to a series of identical working cycles, with a constant load running time and a no-load running time for each cycle, without shutdown or energy interruption time, abbreviated as S6, followed by the load duration rate. Such as S6-40%.
S7 working system: including continuous cycle working system of electric braking.
S8 working system: including continuous cycle working system with corresponding changes in load speed.
S9 working system: a continuous cyclic working system with non periodic changes in load and speed.
S10 working system: Discrete constant load working system.
