What is the difference between K-series reducers and S-series reducers?

K series reducers and S series reducers belong to the four major series of reducers
The categories are K, S, F, and R. Today, we will briefly understand some differences between K series reducers and S series reducers.
The K series is called a bevel gear helical gear reduction motor.
The S series is called a helical gear worm gear reduction motor.
1. Output position
The K series gear reducer has a vertical output; The S series has a worm gear output; The main reason is that the structure is different, which leads to different efficiency of the gearbox. K series 90%, S series 60%.
2. Machine base number
The minimum machine base number for the K series gear reducer is 37, and the maximum machine base number is 187; The minimum chassis size of the S series is 37 and the maximum chassis size is 97.
3. Output torque
The minimum output torque of the K series is 10N M, The maximum output torque is 62800N M. The minimum output torque of the S series is 11N M, The maximum output torque is 4530N M。
4. Input power
The input power of the K gear reducer series is 0.12-200kw, and the input power of the S series is 0.2-22kw.
