It should be installed in a dry and well ventilated environment. Avoid installing in damp, corrosive gas or dusty areas. For example, if installed in a chemical workshop, protective measures should be taken to prevent chemical gases from corroding the reducer. Because humid environments may cause rusting of internal parts, dust and corrosive gases may damage seals and internal transmission components
If the operating environment of NMRV reducer is below -30 ℃ or above 60-30 ℃, special material oil seals must be replaced;
2. The motor matched with the NMRV reducer must be suitable for working in low-temperature environments, and the power of the motor must meet the torque requirements for low-temperature starting;
3. Before preparing for use, the viscosity of the lubricating oil will be relatively high. The machine should be tested with no load before loading to avoid equipment failure;
4. When using the NMRV reducer for the first time, change the lubricating oil after running for 150-400 hours, and the oil change interval for the reducer in the future should be less than or equal to 4000 hours;
5. Regularly check the amount and quality of oil, retain sufficient lubricating oil, and promptly replace oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated. The operating coefficient of NMRV gearbox depends on the actual operating environment, and when selecting the appropriate service coefficient, factors such as the load nature at the output end, daily operating time, and starting frequency must be considered.
If the gearbox malfunctions, such as motor overload protection, output shaft not rotating, etc., it should be repaired by professional personnel. During the maintenance process, it is necessary to strictly follow the requirements of the maintenance manual for operation. For example, when disassembling and installing components such as gears, worm gears, etc., it is important to mark the original installation position to ensure installation accuracy.
