Hard tooth surface reducer, as the name suggests, is a reducer with high gear hardness. High gear hardness means greater load-bearing capacity, greater output torque, and larger models that can be made. Hard tooth surface reducers are generally divided into four series, so some people call them the four series reducers. Among them, there are two series of R series and F series for parallel axis output, and two series of K series and S series for right angle axis output. Except for the S series which is a structure of worm gear and helical gear, the other three series are all helical gear structures. Someone asked here, why is the S series designed with a worm gear and helical gear structure? The reason is simple: the maximum speed ratio of the worm gear and helical gear structure is much larger than that of the simple helical gear structure. In fact, by selecting the installation method, you can first choose the series you need.
